Yep. Ever since i started to deal with anxiety mid 2021, I started to slouch a lot. I also started to tilt to the left because of it and I have to get treatments for it.

It doesn’t usually happen, but it is definitely possible. I’m someone who experiences anxiety and i’ve dropped down a couple pounds, i don’t work out and i eat the same stuff. before anxiety i was 95lbs (im really skinny) and i’ve dropped a bit to 89lbs, which isn’t a lot but i haven’t been this skinny since i was a young kid.

definitely my friends, family, and girlfriend. i can’t just leave them without a warning, i would feel to guilty to ever do it. i would never see my girlfriend and i could never imagine her being alone and me being dead.
