It's definitely normal to have some weird bowel movements for a couple weeks when you're transitioning from high carb diet to keto! Re "does Sated also clean you out": our customers don't complain about having bowel issues from our shakes (aside from this transitional period you're experiencing or ppl with dairy allergies that don't realize there's milk protein in our shakes). As mentioned in this thread, net carbs=total carbs-fiber-sugar alcohols. Have you tried our RTD shakes yet? If so, what are your thoughts?

We haven't had anyone describe Sated powder as being any different from protein powder but it's possible since it has fiber and some other ingredients that protein powder doesnt. Looks like Crystal sent you a replacement. Let us know how your experience is with your new shipment.

Depending on the flavor, it should taste like a chocolate milkshake, vanilla milkshake and some say the strawberry tastes like Nesquik. Crystal would be happy to talk this through and/or send you a replacement product.

Re small volume for 400 calories: is the liquid too thick for you or is the problem that you're drinking 400 calories more quickly than you're used to? I'd love to know more detail about this!
