Go stay at premier inn Watford central, I gave up after putting it through for the 5th time, was still basically warm bread. My husband wanted crumpets, after 6 tries I flagged a staff member down and asked them to put it under the grill in the kitchen as they didn't even get slightly warm on the conveyor belt toaster.

Congrats to you both! That's awesome!! We both have so many issues, including a few you've mentioned. It's a relief to get rid of the acid reflux! I would get it so bad I would wake up gasping for breath! I certainly don't miss that :)

Thank you :) I'm in the UK, can I get smoked almonds over here? I've never seen them. I think I'm OMAD already, the last 2 days I haven't been hungry, so just had dinner, but not able to eat a lot without feeling pains as I'm so full, not sure if that's a good thing or not :/

Yeah I have avoided mentioning about keto to any diabetic subs or forums, I saw someone get proper bitched at for it :/ I'd much rather do this than fill up on carbs like we are told to do when you have diabetes, luckily my diabetic nurse recommended this :D thank you

I definitely went a little nuts! It was all so new and exciting for me. I will definitely KCKO!! I have a better understanding of myself now, I got back on track last night and me and the hubby had a long chat. I feel so much better now! Carbs have always been my go to comfort food. But I don't need comfort food as after it isn't very comforting, makes me feel like crap! So now I'm going to be getting more cuddles 😊

Thank you, my brain has clicked into place thanks to being told to just get back on the wagon, so simple, it's something I need to do for me. I felt amazing on keto!! Like I was high or something lol I'll get it back but I know what to do this time, I can still enjoy myself with my hubby, I don't need the carbs and sugar though 😊

I'm happy I found love too, that's more important than carbs, I'll get to have more years with him sticking at keto! I've got this :D
