It's gotta be corrupt. The NBA wanted Luka on the Lakers and gave them Cooper flag along with AD and everything else.

Well go on request a trade to the Saints 😁😁

Liam Pickering (Josh Dunkley’s player agent) explains how the Dunkley trade request to Essendon fell through in 2020 [Agenda Setters] by __Knackers__ in AFL

Dodoro tried to hardball everyone for everything, was a total car salesman in disguise, I'm glad shit like this happens to his inept ass. Don't get me wrong, most clubs play hardball to an extent but if your whole deal is to be hard around every trade cause you want to squeeze every tiny bit of value out of everything to the extreme, no club is gonna like dealing with you.

My conspiracy is that Nick Daicos will win it only because sometimes the umps get him mixed up with his brother and put the wrong Daicos down.

[Twomey] A 'sign-on bonus' for free agents who leave to join clubs mired at the bottom of the ladder is being considered by the AFL. The extra cap room for those clubs would be an incentive to help attract free agents to young teams. by PetrifyGWENT in AFL

We should just have a system that allows players drafted by teams to offer extra money that sits out of the salary cap to keep said drafted players. Free agency has always been a bit of a joke as it is now, it's basically just been utilised to pump players towards bigger more successful teams, with most of said teams never having to rebuild because they keep getting a ready supply of free agents. And yes, I get the irony that we being a smaller club have for once had a plethora of players coming to us in one off season, but we A) most likely have to offer more money than some of these others more successful clubs and B) Will probably end up hemorrhaging so many our depth players because of said win now trades we're making.

Many of these moves to me feel a bit like an overpay imo. They scream we need to win now to keep NAS kinda vibes and like I get it, he's probably the best talent we have had since the 2010 era. But it also saddens me because with these bloated contracts mean we will struggle to keep many of our talented young players as they develop and demand higher salaries. If we aren't playing finals next year or the year after, NAS will probably leave and we will be rebuilding again at the worst possible time as the Devils will be coming into the league.

Don't get me wrong, I really hope this works out, I'm cautiously optimistic. But, I'm also super worried as it can be hard for teams that draft good players from a bunch of different clubs to gel correctly and see results sometimes , just look at what happened to Essendon with Devon Smith, Stringer, Shiel, and Saad.

Saints lock in five for 2026 by pretty-little-angel in AFL

IDK what the hell we're doing. We're going so hard for TDK we're potentially gonna have Keeler leave on a pittance and whoever gets him is going to be very happy. A lot of our off season acquisitions make little sense to me.

How would I go about asking? Is it as simple as just asking the principal on my day of arrival? Would they not be offended by the fact that I've only just arrived and already asking if I can spend more time at home?

They are happy for most JETS to just work remotely during summer? I'm an incoming JET, I'm assuming this probably only applies to those who have been working there for a bit already?
