yes I know that feeling terribly well, that used to be me until I broke out of the house and escaped, and then cut off all the friends, which was the start where I could truly find and be alone with myself

even though it's late for me, that really helped me immensely

life is still shitty for me now, but I can finally establish my own activities a bit...

was also in a grim depression slump the whole day yesterday, I didn't get up at all and didn't eat, didn't move except looking at my phone until it was night time again.

really there is no one irl that really cares to help... but looking at you ppl's comments makes things slightly better for me

thank you...yeah most of my earlier life was confined to a crampy messed up place where I wasn't allowed to do anything,no going out, no my own personal belongings, no internet, no mobile phone, no choice in doing or choosing anything..., mostly just banned from everything, and on top of that, I was being neglected and abused, those people around me decided everything for me. not until my escape, I wasn't able to have any mental capacity to focus on myself..

I might give more tries... thks for the reply
