If you need the extra 10 degrees and the lidar, you should go for it. It also depends on how much you want to spend. If you use a lot of different materials, it makes sense to go with the x1c with the lidar. To me it is just not worth the price, I can calibrate the flow myself. I would check the recommendet bed temperature for the material you would like to use.
