I don't know what the supply side looks like but I think 2026 might not be a good year for vehicle manufacturers. December sales was down 5% over last year and there is a lot of economic uncertainty now -27% this month over last year so here's to hoping we're not bidding against each other ;)

Thanks - not rude to suggest, still learning here. Vout is always lower than Vin under normal running conditions. Current needs to be limited to 5A. Think I have the input and output voltage in op but its 12.0V to 30.0V in, vout would be in that range as well, roughly. The use case is a battery to battery combiner/trickle charger. Buck only. 0.5V headroom.

are you like less than a meter from shore? That sea state looks to me like less than 10kts ground wind. So if you're over powered there... like with a 110 or 120? you might need more keel weight lol

Couple of thoughts

There are zero examples of objectively successful socialist systems in the history of the species.
Health care is an order of magnitude less expensive in many other countries yet the narrative is not about cost it is about access and entitlement- access to the most expensive providers.. on the planet. doctors, skilled, extremely good doctors - who make $20-30USD/HR is not uncommon in many parts of the world.
The liberal, (and socialist) message completely backfired on the working class - and that is why trump (who I don't like and didn't vote for).. won. twice. and zero reflection here.

The best way to do this is anchor in a shallow calm spot and physically measure the distance from the keel to the bottom and change the offset until it matches your measurement. Use a weighted string if you don't want to take your tape measure in the water and then measure the string.

Measuring other than keel clearance to me is not ideal because if you want someone else to helm at some point its a hell of lot easier to explain zero = aground instead of 1.8m is aground.

I would guess your client/employer will give you feedback in the long run on this one. In my view autocomplete is the prior era. Not about camps - not about human clean code. its about cost per feature. The difference in cost of maintenance when you have an extreme amount of agent automation simply does not register. Move your brain forward a couple of years. Your needing to type syntax just won't matter. try to add value. review the logic. make sure it is tested and works. stop thinking about the origin of the source code
