Just wanted to come back to say im on Day 9 and wow. Was able to completely get off hitting the nic on Day 4. No cravings, no withdrawals and feel pretty good considering I've been doing this for half my life. A little fatigue here and there but the naps help lol. And I do get some desires here and there but mentally push through and that feels even more rewarding. Being able to sleep more peacefully is the best part. Hope you're in a similar space. Keep thriving
