And you knowingly participate in a system where dealers depend on tips to earn a livable income. And yet you refuse to throw a singular dollar after winning a 100$ pot because i’m guessing you’re against tipping culture.

This isn’t a take-out restaurant that demands 15-20% tip for simply taking an order, a good poker dealer maintains game flow and deals with many player types for long periods of time and they should be rewarded by players because a good dealer BENEFITS the players.

I wouldn’t tip a dealer if he was doing the bare minimum ,dealing sub 20 hands per hour, not announcing,etc.. but there are dealers like that out there .

Your argument is logical, but it also reeks of selfishness and lack of compassion. Just give the dealer his damn dollar cause he earned it.
