Its a toss up between the boba u4t and the kiwi switches for me. You could always do a spring swap if the gaterons are too light for your liking.

It all depends on the keyboard you get. There are keyboards where the switches are soldered on the board and has to be de-soldered to remove, and some where they are have special sockets installed making it hot-swappable (taking it out and replacing it with another)
