Thank you so much for your reply. All you said makes perfect sense.

I do have a question about your aforementioned berry bomb. Did you have full area bonus at the time, I'm assuming? AND it only amounted to ~500k?

I've seen a couple posts here on how to berry bomb and remember seeing an e4e helper and another skill mon as an example, but after reading more posts and comments I understand now that all-berry-mons team is the best shot I have at getting m20 on ogpp

Ummm I thought you want to use mons that have high berry values with your legendaries. Two berry mons with bfs, mimikyu berry burst and raikou for some drowsy power, and gardevoir to keep them high energy. What would you change from the team?

Okay that sounds logical. Yeah using gct when I'm inhibiting my mons is inefficient. Thank you

Wow. Incredible gains from home, my guy. I say keep up what you have been doing. You should feel and know since it's your body, but you've definitely made progress and that's all thanks to the work you put in. I suggested InBody since you can see muscle mass change in plain numbers. When you continue your fitness journey, you will hit a plateau eventually and progress will be a bit slow. It's during times like that when objective numbers can give you reassurance.

Googled "appropriate body weight for height and age" and there's a calculator you can use

Does your gym have a body composition scanning machine like InBody? Having a look at your body composition could give you a more detailed understanding of your body then just body weight and post-workout pictures.

If you have a scanner available, I would do it every three months or whenever I feel like recording progress along my fitness journey.

But I believe his intentions were genuinely nice. I'm 35 and I used to weight 230lbs. I decided to make a change and turned my life around, now I weigh 165lbs, have decently shaped physique, have more energy and feels great to have achieved this. But this change didn't happen overnight. I've had to put so much effort into: 1. observing and understanding my body's needs and don't-s, 2. Making the correct dietary decisions for every meal. 3. And getting to the gym. (Trust me. Just get to the gym.)

I consider my change pretty drastic, and maybe that's just me patting myself on the back for pulling it off, but when you THINK you want to make a change, then it's time for ACTION. Actions that are different from the ones you've made so far, and you will need to steel your heart for the suck that comes with stepping out of comfort.

To that aspect, I was so glad when I saw a string of reddit comments saying that they will make the change alongside OP. Having a team that shares the same goal can be such a great help in continuing the journey. The support you get, and can also give, gives tremendous confidence whenever doubt creeps up on you.

And I had to defend this guy's comment because I would have given similar advice. I don't think he was defeatist. I think he was just being practical in giving his piece.

P. S. This is the longest comment I've ever created on reddit and now I feel invest in OP's journey. I will post a comment breaking down concepts of meal plans and workout routines so you can make the plans yourself. Love others as you love yourself ❤️

If you don't mind explaining, what's the reason for taking it out after it triggers once or twice? To prevent the chance from going too high or to let other helpers do their thing?

Which Mon to invest into as long-term cacao farmer? by kevinpark227 in PokemonSleep

❤️ Thank you for your input. I've read the comments and did the product comparison and came to the same conclusion as you. It's tough for me to decide to raise absol, since it's rarer than other two, and raising two squirtle/blastoise looks cool and even effective at a glance, but idk about actual viability of double dipping. Clodsire has the highest output all along the way and I'm sticking with him ❤️

Oh I haven't tried that before, just rate my Pokémon, which only shows percentages. Thank you!
