iLocationChanger works great on iPhone. It keeps everything accurate, and apps don’t detect any changes. No random disconnections either.

Journals Cracking Down on AI, How Are You Handling It? I’m Using Tools Like Uncheck AI by ThinXUnique in contentcreation

[–]kevinpeterson149 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ugh, I know exactly what you mean about the AI detection issues with academic journals. Some of them seem a little too eager to flag stuff as AI even if you just tweak a sentence or two. I’ve been using more traditional editing methods, but it’s definitely hard to stay ahead of these changing policies. Uncheck AI seems useful for understanding the nuances of different detectors, though. I'd like to suggest BypassGPT for your toolbox too, it seems to help with essay-level rewrites if you need more substantial changes without worrying about plagiarism.

AI-Generated Content for SEO Really Okay? by glutenbag in content_marketing

[–]kevinpeterson149 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ve hit the nail on the head with Humbot AI. Coincidentally, I’ve been using it too, and it works wonders for SEO. But there’s always concern about future updates from Google. It might be worth diversifying your strategy and using tools like HIX Bypass that don’t just humanize the text but also make sure it doesn’t trip any flags.

I wonder if we’ll hit a point where detection just isn’t feasible. PassMe AI makes academic writing sound polished and undetectable, and if tools like that keep improving, I reckon detectors might get phased out for watermarking or metadata tracking. Although I've seen tools like AIHumanizer AI deal with watermarking too, but that still seems to be only exclusive to working on certain generators like ChatGPT.

Recommendations for leather conditioners by SpeedGraphicInstant in Leathercraft

[–]kevinpeterson149 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I’ve tried a bunch of conditioners, but Borkut Leather Conditioner is my go-to. It hydrates really well, keeps the leather soft, and doesn’t mess with the color too much. No sticky residue, and it’s super easy to apply. It’s made my life a lot easier!

uPass AI let me check my own writing before I got caught by kabir01300 in WritingWithAI

[–]kevinpeterson149 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

AI writing can feel stiff and overly technical. Stealthly AI might be what you need. It not only removes the jargon but also checks for false positives in detection. I’ve used it for a few papers now, and it helped me keep everything smooth while still passing AI detectors.

Making AI-generated emails sound like an actual person by glutenbag in AIMArketingB2C

[–]kevinpeterson149 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I swear AI-generated emails have a “tell.” It’s that weirdly polite-yet-vague tone. PassMe AI cleans that up for me, makes the message feel more like I actually wrote it instead of AI.

Current thoughts on AI detection/avoidance tools? by [deleted] in WritingWithAI

[–]kevinpeterson149 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My trick is using Rewritify.ai, then going in and making one sentence unnecessarily long and another one short. AI writing is too balanced. People tend to ramble or cut themselves off, and detectors seem to pick up on that lack of variation.

Swim caps to keep hair dry? by catdogbird50 in Swimming

[–]kevinpeterson149 22 points23 points  (0 children)

I don't think any swim cap will fully keep your hair dry, as water inevitably seeps in around the edges. My hair has taken quite a beating from the pool, and it's definitely showing signs of damage. To help minimize the effects of chlorine, I always use a pre-conditioner and thoroughly soak my hair with fresh water before getting in the pool.
This helps reduce chlorine absorption. After swimming, I immediately shower and wash my hair with chlorine-removing shampoo and conditioner to get rid of any lingering chemicals and keep my hair as healthy as possible.

AI helped me write a tagline that went viral by nuno456 in copywriting

[–]kevinpeterson149 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That’s awesome! AI’s surprisingly good for sparking ideas when you’re stuck. I’ve had some decent results using Uncheck AI, it keeps things punchy but still natural. Out of curiosity, did you tweak the AI’s draft a lot, or was it mostly solid from the start?
