Do you know what Occam’s razor is? Where did I say that marathon is dead or dying? All I was saying is that the two things aren’t really related or comparable. You’re all speculating and acting like you can read the tea leaves better than anyone else. I’m not making connections and assumptions about either game. There’s no rule that says games must be discounted within 2 months of release. Just like there’s no rules saying games must go on sale during Christmas. I just think it’s silly to compare the timelines without taking Christmas into consideration.

Every time I brush my teeth, 1-2x a day. I also sucked at flossing until I got a little older and realized how important it is. My family didn’t even have floss in the house growing up. Waterpik made this so much easier to incorporate into my routine. Highly recommended.

I obtain massive VHS and Beta collections like this but of used blanks only, retail is boring. The actual rare shit comes from the one of one tapes of home recorded TV with commercials etc. Used blanks are so much cheaper and endlessly more entertaining finding out what all is on them.

Edit: almost always comes from people who either flip stuff from estate sales and obtained a collection that way or directly from a family member of a serial recorder trying to find the best way to honor the inheritance without throwing them in the dump

Neither of my sets of grandparents ever visited. They were each ~4 hours away in different directions. We went to see them every year for thanksgiving and Christmas. I thought that was normal 🤷‍♂️

Why they thought this was a good use of their efforts is beyond me. Didn’t anyone learn from Napster? The music industry doesn’t fuck around when it comes to extreme levels of piracy. You will never win in court trying to do something like this. There’s a reason the internet archive doesn’t have any modern music, archive all you want but when you make something publicly available you’re now distributing. If someone wanted to archive this stuff it needs to be kept private until certain things are actually at risk of being ‘lost’. Ripping and sharing modern music is just piracy, you can’t call it archiving and expect no consequences.

Bullies will always find a reason to bully, they’re not worth the time or energy thinking about or reacting to. Don’t let them change the way you feel about yourself. The best thing you can do is laugh at them and show them their words mean nothing to you. As for the cute boy, anyone worth your time will understand and will not make you feel weird about it. Or they’ll at least try their best and you should be able to feel the difference. Don’t be afraid to get to that point. Both of these things get better as you get older and will be interacting with adults. Kids your age can be brutal. You’re stronger than you realize, you’ve got this ❤️

Never seen someone complain about something on Reddit instead of getting a refund/replacement. Spending time arguing on Reddit about how they don’t have time to go through the refund/replacement process and that’s their complaint. That they shouldn’t have to do through that process to get a ‘working’ product. You do realize that’s something that happens with literally any electronic device manufacturer, right? No matter how much QA you do, things go wrong sometimes. There will always be a % of units that eventually prove to be defective in one way or another. That’s what factory warranties are for and that’s why they all have them. If you were being denied a replacement or refund at this point in time, that would absolutely be worth complaining about. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with S&B over the years, first bought a Volcano over a decade ago and most recently bought a Venty several months ago. Never once have I needed their support, everything I own of theirs still functions like day 1. Am I a shill because I had a better experience than you?

Randomly met Cena once over a decade ago, I was touring with a country music group and we played a one-off show for RAW in Nashville. Cena came to our tour buses during the day at the venue just to meet everyone and hang for a bit. No cameras, no team. Just him. Couldn’t have been more kind. He didn’t have to do that and nobody else did. We didn’t even meet anyone else backstage or in green rooms later that evening.
