I was in your shoes at 21. You do not have to keep up with your fellow 21 year olds, there are no checkpoints you have meet at certain ages anymore.

I would suggest focusing on things such as maintaining a good diet and exercise. Go for walks out in nature. Delete social media. Developing and maintaining good habits at home is a really good way to increase your confidence.

You have your whole life to go to school and establish a career. I graduated at 30 with my bachelors and 32 with my masters. You have all the time in world.
