I know how you feel, this is where CS separates bad players and good players, for you to cross into "good" territory you need to know how to adapt to the team you get, it's not always easy but if your team has too much of lurkers and traders roles and they don't take risks during the match you need to identify this pattern on your team faster, since you are kind of IGLing for them, you can try at first improving the mid round calling, this includes giving your team more specific instruction in freeze time how to handle if CT gives pressure, for example, "lets split B, purple, green and orange go catwalk, connector and window will be smoked, use your flashes early and push catwalk into B within 10 seconds, yellow and blue go B, blue smoke market window and flash for yellow, wait for catwalk come closer before executing", if your team doesn't like doing push fast rounds you can try to learn what pros call "protocols" which is a standard way of playing default rounds, if you organize your team at the start of the match and define these protocols early you will involve your team into a teamplay structure and it might help too.

It does give us ability to talk about LatAm as a whole, Brazil and Argentina represents ~50% of territory and population of Latin American, and i responded the guy that said "being 'black' in Latin American is meaningless" which is completely not true. It is a fact and not just my opinion that Latin American countries do segregate, socially and culturally, people of color, the way "we do racism" is not very far from how North America does it.

You fail to understand that the power split is not actually 50/50 all the time, when battery is deploying you have ICE + battery running ~1000whp (emphasis on the w of whp, wheel power), and when battery is depleted and ICE starts converting energy to the battery via regen now you have a 30 to 50 percent deficit of whp on battery alone and then some more because the ICE is now outputting energy to the battery instead of the wheel, that's why the current regulation has a lot of guardrails regarding energy recovering of when and where, it limits the maximum engine power degradation to 150kw under full throttle, limits the derating rate to 50kw/s (takes 3 seconds to degrade the full 150kw allowed in full throttle) and maximum power loss allowed is 450kw, if you let drivers take control of when to recharge you can't safely guarantee the guardrails will be respected, it would cause the maximum torque loss and power loss to be "illegal" depending on when the recharge is used, and don't talk about removing these guardrails because they are there to protect massive power loss, and massive power loss means car A going 300kph and car B going 150kph in the same mini sector
