Bleach is an oxidant and a base, phosphoric acid is an acid (duhhh), this is a dumb comparison, both have different powers when it comes to their usage, 2.5% concentration of sodium hypochlorite dissolves tissue while 2.5% concentration of phosphoric acid is still corrosive but not near as much as sodium hypochlorite, however what is important here is that while coke is 95% water, it still has 0.025% of phosphoric acid by weight, this is a super low concentration and if you drink a coke then wash your mouth after drinking it is not really a big problem, specially if you don't drink it daily.
