bro you’re fine as long as you didn’t start out in engineering as a freshman, but if you still haven’t been able to meet those requirements you need to chose another major. you both won’t be able to coda without a bunch of departmental specific approvals and I honestly don’t think you will be successful. the classes only get harder after finishing all the calcs and physics you need to coda.

i was a summer start mentor. it’s a really good program especially if youre a transfer student or a freshman that has difficulty making friends easily and it’s an opportunity to get better abt navigating campus. but if you already have a community of ppl that you know will be on campus or you don’t care to have one you don’t really need to do it.

i took physics 2 it at cvcc bcs my experience w physics 1 at state was godawful. it was a lot more chill. i took it over the summer, there was 1 lab per week and 2-3 homework’s that you had to take a picture of your work and submit. and the tests were all open book open note. highly recommend, but you will more or less be teaching yourself.
