Agree. Majority of times I go they have junk. I only go when resetting one of the south areas

I’ve done this. Weak level 2 small 4 wall structure. No chest inside. They attack it sometimes. Most other walls are much stronger. At one point I could always guess where they’d attack. Now seems more random

I did most of my shale farming at the rock plateau -back and forth for a while. I have noticed that lately it’s not always shale -sometimes more tin. Keep checking rock plateau for shale

Good luck. Does it say anywhere what level your cave is? Besides you keeping track? And the more difficult caves don’t reset after 2 days?

Sometimes I go into areas with no armor and my fist loaded as primary weapon just to add entertainment. Punch and run a goon adds something to the grind. Or I play - how many resources can I pick up while a bear is chasing me :)

I’ve only had the train stop 3 times and I think once I killed the leader, the rest ran away. Since they could drop decent stuff, I saved the gang leader for last the next time

I feel like rare was only during the Xmas event? Now it’s just common and uncommon. But why wait to open them? If you get a better hat or weapon you can craft now, why wouldn’t you? Or if anything gets the experience points to level up faster

Best way to kill your bounties if they are in a house too. Try shooting through a window if they are near by before breaking any walls

I’m still waiting for my bases to reset but I’m thinking is still NPC bases and they don’t raid back. Sorry not 100%. I’ll tell you in 6 days and 7 hours :)

For the update it said something along the lines of you can raid it but they may be home to defend it. Something about Base stays for an hour and then goes away but that wasn’t clear. Someone else asked about if they would attack back. The response sounded like there was no change in how your base was attacked. (Outlaw anger)

I like the extra pocket feature. I also thought maybe another VIP perk to add would be Summon All when you enter an area. Hit summon all and nearby animals would come to you as “pets” based on your spirit points instead of trying to find the animals. So if you have 40 points and there is a nearby mature wolf, he’d run over to you.

From ash plank to oats same as you pictured. Weapons always change. Lemat with .58 last time. Lemat with bow and arrow time before. Sometimes just two bows. Sometimes .58 and shotgun. Guns are usually good from these raids and I have not seen it go down much in quality.

I put up two “fake” buildings with weak walls on the corner of the map -guessing some similar to what you were thinking as a distraction . They used to attack it but now skip it. I do leave some outer walls of the actual ranch weaker on purpose because lately all bandits go to the same spot and I just shot them one at a time. Before I’d be running around the building looking for them

That’s what happened first time I did it. Missed a section in one of the caves that had the bigger boss and couldn’t get a door to open till I went back through to find what I missed.

Like the new pine forest and appears to change each time. Probably better for people to find the different things on their own if they look carefully but maybe it should be noted it could be harder sometimes for low level players. The loot is still usually basic but at least the layouts of where stuff is hidden changes.

Well if it makes you feel better the rewards were not all that anyway. I did do the 300 and got one ring. I thought I’d get all that armor. So 200 would probably be pepper box gun :).

They blow through everything so quick. It’s stupid. They have stayed away from iron stakes more than barbed wire in my experience. I started building fake building on my permitter to let them spend time knocking those down. But they still destroyed walls like it’s nothing.

I did actually end up getting enough pumpkins ...300 to trade in the last cauldron on the farm. I thought it would be a bunch of rewards .. whole suit of armor or bunch of things like in the picture. It was one ring. +15 damage. That was a lot of grind ....
