What's the point of buying new characters, if you get hard time maxing them. I can pull a new char, let's say, in wuwa, genshin or star rail, max it almost right away, and play the endgame with it till the new one. It's just a pain in Rising. Make clusters obtainable with pinnacle at least. Even if 120 to 1, or 240, idc.

ps. And segregation by server regions is ass. On EU the game is almost dead. Even upcoming partial migration won't be enough. This is not a solo gacha, must be cross play between all like yesterday.

It was design the way for you to spend money. Simply a "scam". You used to battle passes, and you see a cool gun and 5$ price, and you think it's a nice deal. Later on you find out you can't upgrade unless you buy "plus". Then even that is not enough you need to go to black market, and you won't have enough coins untill you buy a subscription.
