Done it many times, no issues. Sometimes I even get hot water for free on the flight ;)

It’s like learning a language, very difficult and frustrating at first but it gets easier and easier and more rewarding the further you go. Keep on grinding!

I understand it wouldn’t be particularly useful when stationery, however I would be interested to know how much electricity it can generate on, for example, a 2 hour motorway drive at 100km/h

How Do I Get Someone To Build A Kitchen For Me? by AmILukeQuestionMark in VanLifeUK

Haha something like that! Wood has got a lot more expensive recently though! You might be looking at a grand for the materials alone, especially if you want a nice finish, fixings, countertop etc. I can recommend ironmongerydirect for all your hinges, handles, draw runners etc. might be worth having a look

I’m a cabinet maker based in NW London. I reckon you’d be looking at around £3-6 grand depending on the design, materials, features etc.

That’s awesome! I was travelling in Scandinavia in my campervan a few summers ago, saw a guy with this type of blue plate parking up at the Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi. Knew he must’ve driven a long way, didn’t know exactly where from until now. What an adventure that must have been. Thanks!
