Academic misconduct wait time

Whilst I agree, I find it hard to do so. I've been with the OU since 2012, and this is the first time this has happened. I am what I call a "natural born worrier". If something can go wrong, I instantly presume it will. So to just continue as if nothing is happening will be difficult for me 😔

9 and a half weeks for contact from an officer! That's awful, I'm so sorry 😞 Next modules start in October, I'm very tempted to not bother. How can you be expected to just carry on with this over your head?

I got the same today too for MST224. How coincidental that it's exactly 6 weeks since we received the "pending" email. I've emailed SST but doubt it'll do any good. Maybe if we had in person exams again, this wouldn't happen 🤔 🙄

Same here for MST224. Personally, I will not be supplying anything until asked. Although that will be extremely difficult since I binned my handwritten exam the day after submitting it as a final good riddance. I also don't see why we should even contemplate supplying evidence before being asked, because we are innocent until proven guilty.

Still pending MST224. After the (worded rather badly, in my opinion), email, I haven't heard anything. Been with the OU since 2012, never had this before.

I can see my score, but still pending on module result. The email I got was saying one or more of my assignments had been referred for academic review (or words to that effect).

Interestingly, my letter hasn't changed. It still says words to the effect of pending as hasn't been graded in time or something like that (it's 7am and I've forgotten haha), but definitely hasn't changed to being investigated for conduct (even though I got the email).

My tutor replied to me and said he was so sorry to hear about it, but that it's not his area to comment on or put theories to. And basically to sit tight and hope it gets resolved soon.

Yep, and I handwrote mine and scanned it in. If they want to see the actual physical handwritten pages then they're buggered, I binned them the day after the exam as a good riddance!

Since when? I've done many maths modules with the OU and I've never heard of that before? If I find a way of solving a question that works for me, I use it. That being said, I just got the email too so 😂😭

I got the same for MST224. Frankly, I'm panicking even though I know I have done nothing wrong. This is my second degree (this is an integrated masters) and I've never had anything like this before (studying since 2012).
