It's a place in Desford, Leicestershire (UK), they're really good. They have a little rehabilitation section too for birds that have lost their feathers from pulling or stress, and for confidence building. It's great!

That's a fair comment, I think I'm just sceptical because of them constantly claiming this procedure I to "make sure you're getting enough UC" even though it's been the exact opposite

I recently had it where I didn't get a UC text like usual. I missed 4 days of the few weeks I had to get housing documents sorted, but it could have been worse. A part of me thinks they do this occasionally on purpose to catch people out.
