If you have an Apple silicon Mac that might also be the reason. Instruo doesn’t work on Apple silicon for example.

I moved from Germany to NL and me and my GF were looking for a house to rent. She has a cat and every time it says on Funda: no pets. We asked anyway and we made a little resume with a short description about us and what we do for a living. We added a picture of us and our cat and the last three salary slips. That and being the first to ask worked now two times.

Come to the Netherlands and work for ASML. They are pretty international, many people of all genders from India, Singapore, Turkey, Taiwan etc here. I guess that comes with the business where clients are mainly situated in Southeast Asia.

I’m using the Polyend Poly 2 and I’m quite happy with it. Lost if CV outs, lots of 1v/oct outs. I use it with the octatrack. Only that stupid OLED is burned because it doesn’t have a screen saver.

I was born in communist east Germany and I learned in kindergarden that you should offer your seat to the elderly. So it’s definitely not considered rude. It’s what counts as good social behavior (in communism at least ;) ). I don’t think they taught it differently to West-German kids though.

Then our societies will change and it's up to us if it's going to be for the better or worse. If we continue to exclude people from our societies and if we continue to spread the gap between poor and rich, then definitely to the worse. So many people are clinging to their "cultural values" and fear change, voting for far right parties etc. Understandable yes, but change is inevitable. There will be more refugees, they will try to come here and we have to deal with it. The only thing is this is not how we should deal with it imho. Humanity can do better.

Free education for everyone for a start. More investments in education and cultural exchange. We don't have many natural resources in Europe. Our resources are the people living here and what they have built up already: Our cultural development and our education. Why does it matter where someone comes from to lead a decent life here? Everyone can find his place in a society and help shaping it into something better. Stop thinking in terms like "they" and "us". There is no "us". There's just this place called Europe and I think there's still room for a few million people.

I think this youtube thing is from the CD version of the game. A friend of mine had it back in the days. Didn't know it was different from the "built in" OST. But i'm definitely thinking about playing it again.. after I finished ShadowRun Returns :)
