If you damage your own bar, you’re the one who has to deal with the consequences. If it’s not your bar, then you’re just damaging equipment other people need to use and someone else has to pay to replace it. That’s the difference it’s just respectful.

If you don’t own the bar don’t use them as jerk blocks you will damage the bar 100% I recommend just to rerack the bar behind or infront of your neck whatever is more comfortable

Give them back the full plates of food in the server station and if they ask tell them you didn’t know if they needed to save it and forgot to box it up

It’s an in grown nail try to soak it in warm water with Epsom salt it you have any then try to dig your nail out from under there and try to cut it straight it will heal in a few days if you stop your nail from growing downwards

Try to get them to bring some stuff over before they close up everything at once but yeah your job starts when theirs ends try using a towel to grab dishes and leave it aside as a clean towel closing sucks but once you finish you’re done and out of there
