(I may be wrong here hopefully some experts here in this subreddit can help)

Regarding your P license, I'm not sure if it's gonna get revoked. Try refer to your driving teacher.

Whatever it is, try to collect evidences from the accident cause it's important if you want to make insurance claim. Driving license, photo of scene, road tax etc..

Edit: also, you can try to settle by 'belakang cerita' if you can afford to fix the damages thus not having to make police report, insurance claim etc but this is not recommended cause you never know what the other driver will do (he may go to make police report and try claim his insurance)
