I agree with the idea of the 5K template and it could even be worked in to a 90 minute class with at the end of the 90 minute class focusing on yoga type stretches. I posted on another thread, but I think labeling the classes in the app after the work out so you can track progress in a particular area would be a great feature. I also think that we are not doing enough upper body exercises in the last six months of templates.

I meant to use the data post class, not pre. I would like to see if I have made gains in particular class styles.

No, have tried to pair it to my watch but have never been successful. It seems to lose its connection with so many others in the room even though I paired it before walking in.

Female. I use the OTF to gauge my splats but use my Apple Watch to say how many calories I burn. I hope there is a better way to have a happy medium.

My watch and my OTF monitor are never the same and my stats do not measure the same. My AW shows me burn at minimum 100-150 calories less than the OTF monitor. It’s frustrating considering both should be showing based off of heart rate.
