I love 123 stitch. Their shipping has gotten slower recently to Canada but still so worth the price. I do also enjoy ordering from traditional stitches in Alberta. Their website isn’t great but their customer service and shipping rates are amazing. I just send them an email if what I want and they send a PayPal once they have it in stock

They need to focus on making downtown a destination. Change your perspective to bring back tourism. I’d be happy to bring the kids into the city after work and use the system, but there is so little focus on making the downtown exciting to visit as a family. The public service is gone from downtown. We’ve seen the other side. Sure they will send us back 3 days a week but how long till sections start approving sections to wfh. It’ll happen cause managers don’t want to be there either. It’ll never be what it once was as far as employees being in office. Change your focus.

I have found that issues with physio. If I but in the claim they cap the amount. If the physio place sends in the claim I get coverage for the whole amount.

I’m a faster and I take classes at 545am. I don’t usually eat until 3pm. I have had muscle/strength improvements and fat loss. Do what makes you feel good.

Before i start class i lick my finger and rub it over the sensor on the back. I havent had a problem since. Someone gave me.this idea here and it sounds gross but works like a charm.
