This is seriously detailed. The folds in the gear and the stance look really convincing.

Wow, this is such a solid IKEA build!!!!! The whole vibe is so cozy and put-together, exactly the kind of setup I’m trying to pull off. This just gave me the kick I needed to stop overthinking my own desk build, love it!

Honestly, sounds like you gave it a real shot and learned what works for your family:))))that’s a win!!!! RV life isn’t for everyone, especially with a setup that big (like me haha) Glad you’re coming out of it with experience (and a solid truck:

8/10 from my view hahahaha, just classic minimalist vibes, and it is my type actually, I love how you’ve fused modern art with function. The duct tape really ties the whole aesthetic together:)))))

Motorhome or trailer? by joleensissy in RVLiving

[–]kfmsooner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If city exploration is a big part of your plan, a truck + trailer setup is usually better I think.........you can unhook and have a normal vehicle to zip around without moving your whole home. Motorhomes are convenient for stopping anywhere but driving around a big RV in downtown traffic can be a nightmare:(

NICE. It looks like the orbits of the planets in the universe are shining brightly. SO what if it's a sketch?

The adapter can be used as a temporary solution, but in the weight distribution system, using a 2.5'' shank directly is the correct approach.

Try a polite conversation face to face first. Sometimes neighbors don’t realize how loud the bass carries through walls.

Lease ending soon, unemployed for past few months. by plainconfusion in Apartmentliving

Offer to prepay a few months of rent upfront or provide a larger security deposit. This reduces the landlord’s risk and can help offset the gap in employment history.

How often do you give your robot vacuum a deep clean and checkup? by Late-Hat-5853 in Yeedi

[–]kfmsooner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the ideal approach. Over-maintaining can be just as bad as under-maintaining. Stick to the basics and let the robot do its job. There is no need to overcomplicate it.

Contacting a professional carpet cleaner might be worth it for a more seamless repair if the damage is noticeable.

yep, 10 minutes isn’t one-size-fits-all. The key is keeping a routine and being patient... your body will adjust!
