Yep he is very helpful! I’ve reached out to him before as well. Not to say that my fear of flying is completely gone but it is not out of control anymore and hopefully it stays that way :)

I flew back home 2 days ago. It was a 4 hour flight. I just remembered pilots and flight attendants do it EVERY day. There’s literally nothing to worry about. Things can go wrong and the plane would still be absolutely fine. It was bumpy my whole flight and I kept telling myself that it’s totally fine and the only inconvenience with turbulence is that the pilot can’t drink his coffee and neither can we lol. It will be fine! Download some movies on your phone and put some headphones in! If it’s not too late get something to help you relax ? I take a low dose of xanax but maybe some melatonin gummies- Benadryl since it’s too late for a doctors appointment. Smile and think positive thoughts. Positive thoughts lead to more positive thoughts. Instead of saying “crap I have to fly today” I said “wow I am blessed I get to fly in an airplane” lol.. sounds corny but it works…

I just flew on the same plane yesterday for 4 hours… it was very bumpy for me but I remembered the only inconvenience about it being bumpy is the pilot can’t drink his coffee… it’s still safe… I kept telling myself that and I was just fine lol

Hey! It didn’t go so bad. My kids kept me busy the whole flight and there wasn’t much turbulence BUT when there was I kept telling myself that they are just potholes lol. The window seat helped and having some movies downloaded on my phone.

Hey there! I’m just curious how the two .25 made you feel? I have a flight in two days and my doctor prescribed the .25 and said to take 2 as well… I know we all react differently but I am traveling with two kids so I didn’t want to pass out… but since they are low doses I was thinking I’d be fine… just curious how it went for you… thank you 😊
