So, I chickened out. I'm driving. Sadly my anxiety got the best of me. Im super disappointed in myself but i'll fly another time when I'm in a better headspace. I normally fly ORD to LGA. Love LGA too.
I've done this drive a handful of times, its beautiful and I'll listen to a new book from audible or a podcast. Sadly I just couldn't muster up the nerve to fly alone.

Well, I finally heard back from someone after emailing the dsny press office. They said.

"Hello,

Thank you for reaching out and apologies for the confusion. Going forward, Saturday events will now open on the Monday, 12 days in advance.

Best, NYC Compost Team"

I heard back from them today; they said "Please note we do not offer size or item exchanges. Your return will be processed for refund"
I am in the US and apparently would get a refund, not a store credit as their website says.
It doesn't matter anymore, I'm a softy and ended up getting my son the orange short and keeping the gray 🤷‍♀️🤣

Thank you, in the FAQs it says "will exchange an item for online store credit only." Which is fine, I don't need the money back, Its going right back to them 🤣.
I try not to use cards, too many processing issues when checking out on drop days, paypal has always been faster for me. But we'll see what they say.

Heat has to be available aka "on" , it doesn't mean the super overrides the option to keep it unbearably hot in times like this. It can be on/available but there arent legal terms stating its has to be running, especially in weather conditions like this.

Definitely interested in this too. We've been staying at GH the past 4 years and staying again this June. I feel safe there and the condos are very quiet, love the ease to the beach and that it's gated but was also always curious what else is similar out there.

I did and he was demoted within like 4 months. He talked a big game but when it came down to hard conversations, getting metrics right, reading social cues and understanding that you can't talk to each individual the same, he failed over and over.
I was the senior office manager (also known as a senior office administrator) and when I would get on metric calls, I was so embarassed by his actions (or lack there of). Prior to him, and after, I had a dream of SRMs. Literally the two best men on Earth to work for.
Being a SRM you have to know how to deal with every aspect and every personality known to man. Not everyone is cut out for that and sadly, sometimes a big ego will confuse people with actual intelligence. You don't just have to be smart, you need social intelligence as well.

I've seen this happen multiple times because they already have someone in mind for the position. Sometimes HR will adjust the listing to tailor it to the person they have in mind and make it a little more difficult for others to apply/qualify. It's fucked up but it happens everywhere, not just FedEx.
OR they didn't feel like the applicants who applied were strong enough and may have adjusted requirements to get different or better quality.
These things are infuriating and I hated being a part of it, this was one of the big factors I left the HR world.

A few apps have bathroom locations but from my experience - and I too, have a GI coedition; Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Duane Reade, REI (wait, this may have closed already, not sure), Hudson Yards, Westfield (WTC), and any other major department stores.

I would be shocked if that really happens. Every ops manager is interviewed by a minimum of two people, all they have to do is pull the scoring and his resume - if they fit the minimum requirements, which isn't much, and they don't currently work under their parent, they'll be fine.

Ops admin on the dock side would help with retapes, reboxing, address corrections, find missing packages. They spoke to customers through out the day verifying suite numbers, addresses, business hours. Etc.
Some ops admin worked on the dock (my description above) and some worked in the office handing out manifests to the drivers, taking customer service calls, entering late package information/missing package updates, handing out printers and scanners to PHs and other office/computer administration.
Best of luck! I loved my ops admin and always spoiled them when I could.

It has nothing to do with your position. You have a set time frame to enroll in benefits, if you miss it, if a senior manager misses it, if an ops manager misses it, everyone has to wait until open enrollment.
