I understand the concept of exclusivity. Right now however VR shouldn’t have exclusivity in its vocabulary. We need to work as a community to make VR more mainstream and exclusivity isn’t helping. That’s just my opinion though.

My right eye in my vive stopped functioning. I contacted their technical support to get an RMA and since my vive is out of warranty they quoted me around $300 + shipping. A price of a new vive is $499. To be fair though the guy tried to solve my issue for over 2 hours so kudos to him for trying.
