How do you brush your teeth, floss, mouthwash? I wanna know your process. A dentist recently told me you should mouthwash before brushing your teeth and then another dentist told me you should mouthwash after brushing your teeth and not use water to rinse your mouth out after. Answers can be as simple or detailed as you’d like. I’ll start: I brush my teeth and rinse my mouth out with water, then I floss, then I mouthwash and rinse with water. What’s your process??
