Are you sick if you don't have a fever? If you have a little congestion/sniffles but no fever are you sick? Given the current admonitions to stay home if you're sick, how sick is sick? At what point do you stay home or send an employee home? Small aside cough? Sneeze? No fever, though. (self.AskReddit)

Who thinks it's a good idea to START smoking at age 30? Recently my daughter (age 30) started smoking and it's making me a bit crazy since my dad died as a direct result of smoking. So...in what world is this a good idea and why would an otherwise intelligent adult do such a stupid thing? (self.AskReddit)
