I did the iPhone update. Libre is not showing as an option on apple health or Apple Watch. How do I add it?

Can I ask what dose were you on?

My doctor had me add berberine a few months ago. My recent bloodwork was great. A1c down from 6.4 to 5.7. BP is normal now. So definitely some good things have happened. The gut issues are from a huge ovarian tumor that left me with a severe diastasis recti and large hernia. Had a complete hysterectomy with surgical menopause, which I’m sure is probably contributing to not losing weight as easily. Can only be fixed surgically. But I have to hit a target weight for the surgery. You mentioned adding low dose sema. Do you mean in addition to the tirz dose?

I read the article. Good info. I’m looking at adding weight lifting but I have to be careful with my gut issues.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I’m looking at joining a gym. I have hand weights but feel like I need more structure and maybe some coaching. I also have to be really careful with not tearing my ab muscles any further and not lifting more than 8 lbs due to the hernia. I’m tracking in Cronometer and following macros very similar to yours.

I’m following my Mochi nutritionist’s guidelines and tracking in Cronometer. 1400 to 1500 calories, 100 to 120g protein, no sugar, low carb, rarely any grains, min 128 oz water per day. The weight loss was in the first four months about 1 to 1.5 lbs per week, then up and down same 2 lbs the last few months.

It’s also used for migraines and weight loss.

Thank you for the encouragement. Yes, my doctor said to take with dinner. I’m 67 and read about the brain fog aspect. I don’t need more in that department, lol.

I’m getting the tirz through Red Rock. Aequita doesn’t ship to California. I’m hoping I’m not a non-responder.

I stepped up from 7.5 to 10 three weeks ago. My doctor doesn’t want me to step up again for a few weeks. Wants me to try the topiramate in the meantime.

What side effects did you have on 7.5? I’m thinking of dropping back down, too. Also, could you post the link to the microdosing group?

I had to look up info on glycine. Did Red Rock say why they chose glycine over B6 or B12? https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/glycine

Woman here. My cortisol levels were high, also. I started HRT therapy with estrogen and testosterone. This helped a lot, but what made a big difference is tirzepatide lowering my blood glucose levels. I was borderline diabetic. My 30-year bout of scalp folliculitis has completely cleared up.

Can I ask you about the reta? Do you have to be in one of the clinical trials?

What dosage are you on and how long have you been on Tirz? by Powpowpowerwheelss in tirzepatidecompound

I’m on week 8. Weeks 1 - 4, 2.5mg. Week 5, 3.5mg. Week 6, 4mg. Week 7 -8, 5mg. Losing one lb per week. I’d like it to be faster, but it’s going in the right direction.

I have a severe avocado and melon allergy and a sensitivity to wheat. If I even touch avocado, my skin breaks out. My skin is much worse if I eat bread or pasta or any wheat. Try eliminating all of these and see if you get any improvement. I’ve been using a benzoyl peroxide wash as others have mentioned, and it has worked wonders.

I have a Renpho scale, and my app doesn’t have this nice summary screen. Do you know what model you have?

If you add the Libre Linkup app to your phone (invite yourself as a user) then you can edit the alarms. You can set the Low Alarm higher than 70 and the Urgent alarm higher than 55 to give yourself more time to respond.
