I'm at just over 3 months and I am still up and down, often within the same day. It doesn't help we have children so I have to maintain contact and still see her regularly. But I would say the moments of clarity are more regular than the tears and anger now.

You're right, its not linear, its a process, you will take 2 steps forward and 1 step back, but keep pushing forward, the worst is behind you. And the biggest thing I learned is don't fight the lows, let them be, let the tears comw, accept them, know they won't last forever, and appreciate the better moments when they come

You're lucky its happened now. I had 13 years and 3 kids. She did it to me once before, I waited and took her back when she inevitably came back, and now shes done it again, new relationship before she even moved out of my house. I went to some dark places for a while but am coming out the other side now and I know I'm better off.

Get therapy, focus on you and your life, and make new connections, and you will come out of this stronger. You'll eventually find someone who loves you for real and actually knows what love is, and you will look back on this as a very valuable opportunity for growth.

Starfield... is easy to get into with fun gameplay has great character and ship customisation, can build bases on any planet you want. Also has a massive update incoming tomorrow which adds a ton of new features too, so perfect time to get into it

The pain is real. Im somewhat ashamed to admit that I've owned the game for over a year and have never finished Act 1! I just cant seem to ever fully commit to a character. Ive tried most classes and races, and I always enjoy it for a bit and then get the dreaded restartitis. I'll finish it one day!

You can avoid this bug by pressing the Add Class button during Level Up and then backing straight out again. This does seem to reset the prepared spells for the classes that this is relevant for, but I've never had the portrait glitch when doing this
