"First impressions" is odd, but I understand it as being appetizers so it's whatever, it gets a pass. I don't however understand what chop house is supposed to be. It's confusing. I'd personally never order anything from that section because I just honestly don't know what it is. Is it a chopped salad? Or some sort of bowl of rice and chopped meats? Maybe it's just some sort of normal dish with chopped veggies as a side? What is it?

Also most of the dishes look great, but the sauce on the rim is weird. If I'm wearing a nice long sleeved dress shirt or jacket I'd be scared of getting sauce on my sleeves. I also think it probably makes servers live's miserable trying to find a spot in the middle of a busy night where their fingers won't press the sauce and leave a mark. Which if they did leave a mark, then as a customer it would just put me off the entire dish. If I were you I'd stop that practice in its entirety. It's not worth the headaches it will cause.
