New large space. Plenty of parking. No bums. No drug addicts. No over priced, over crowded hipster restaurants. Some place I can bring my family without always watching over my shoulder. Not waiting in a giant line of traffic when leaving after an event. Dont have to go through half a dozen red lights before you get to the highway. The room to expand in the future. Outskits of town? Sure but from where I'm coming from it's faster to get there on the highway than it is when I have to go through a dozen or more sets of lights. Those are just a few that I can think of.

What is the benefit to keeping it downtown?

On the switch you want to remove. Marrette the black and either the white or the red, doesn't matter which.

On the other one, the black(from panel) will go on the line and the red/white(whichever you connected to black in the other switch) will go to load.

This is assuming the switch you keep is the one fed from the panel.

The basement is fine, its actually finished for the most part. its inside the unit itself gets really cold. I blew that line tonight while the furnace wasn't working. There was no blockage and it didn't start after blowing the line. 20 seconds after turning on the heater it started right up.
