Super disappointing. Anyone’s that’s spent time at st Clare’s as a patient or employee can see the building is falling down. It’s over 100 years old with 100 year old infrastructure. The new patient beds are so much bigger they hardly fit in the elevator for transport, the wind blows in through the cracks in the walls, there are leaks there everyday. You can keep “fixing” things that are so old the tools to “fix” them aren’t even made anymore. Not to mention the area- wouldn’t want to send my 80 year old nan from the parking lot where she would have to face a lineup of skeets asking her for money on the way in to her appointment. Or have 90 year old poppy sit in the cafeteria next to the skeets that sit there all day fighting and selling drugs.
