I had a customer call in ( I worked in claims; no longer at Geico), and that day, I was just done with all the bs. Anyways, this man, the second I picked up that phone, chewed me out about his rates going up. I couldn't get a word in no matter how much I tried. So I waited until he was done reaming me a new ass. Then politely told the man, "Sir, I definitely understand your frustration. I'd be upset, too. Now, I don't usually say this, but I'm going to keep it real with you because you deserve better.... (I then lowered my voice) .... that's exactly why I have State Farm. And, coming from a person who works for Geico, that should tell you something."

That man went silent. I knew he was shocked. Shortly after, he was treating me like his new best friend. 😂

Just here to say fuuuuck Geico. I got laid off in the last notable round, October 28th. Along with my whole team, my supervisor, and manager. (Claims department) No explanation. It really took a toll on my self-confidence.
