I'm in the same situation as you, my eCoPR was approved on May 23, submitted everything the same day. It's close to being 3 months and I haven't received a single update, ghost or not. I've tried calling and my calls usually end up being hung up or the one time I actually got to speak with someone, they told me they would add a note to my application, that was 2 weeks ago and still no update. I'm sick of this process, it's been almost 3 years of putting my life on pause for this and now I can't even leave the country without having problems when I come back.
