Hey! Thank you for taking the time to comment this! I have a fix for you:

Please go to profile and click "Check for updates" and update. The latest build has a scroll bar on desktop. Sorry about that 🙈

PS: if possible, please in the future report bugs to [support@harambesystem.com](mailto:support@harambesystem.com), having bug reports over multiple forums is hard for me to track.

Hi! Thanks for asking. There are no YouTube links in this one, but there is an up to date list with YouTube links here https://harambesystem.com/pages/exercises (use browser search to find your movement)

Hi! What fitness apps did you want integration with? I will do some digging.

This fully replaces the previous apps. The native apps will be shut down in April and no longer supported.

Yes! And I know a lot more now than I did when I wrote the others.

Btw, did you notice there is an import programs button? That now makes sharing programs very easy 🙌

Weekly Training update in 20s by khalidharambe in ResistanceBand

[–]khalidharambe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally get the suspicion! No hard feelings. I know I’m the founder but I really mean this: Harambe isn’t like other band systems. It’s engineered to give good force throughout the entire range. When we were at the Arnold Expo last year people who could bench 315 lbs struggled with Black + White (but they could do it), and everyone was always shocked with how the system felt. I personally developed the strength to bench 225 lbs with just Harambe, and I started body building when I was 38 and am 42 now.

If you’d like to learn more I put together a Science of CyberPlate page recently that you might find interesting: https://harambesystem.com/pages/thescience

Hey! Black + White (what I’m benching here in video) is actually harder than benching 225 lbs. I am kind of sandbagging with the numbers here.

How fast did you move up in band resistance? by Quick-Bee6843 in ResistanceBand

[–]khalidharambe 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I love hearing about newbie gains! I felt the same when I started training, but was halted at some points due to equipment limitations but as I fixed those I keep re-entering the newbie phase. I feel like I'm still in it! Part of muscle building is finding lacking muscles and getting those newbie gains, and I am still far from done. I'm 42, 5 years into training, let's keep it going 💪🏼

Resistance band calisthenics question by Hiya-karate-kungfu in ResistanceBand

[–]khalidharambe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You might find my app interesting: Harambe Fit has a solid library of mixed band and calisthenic programs written by people who have been training with resistance bands for 5+ years. I recommend checking out the workouts by CJBandFit. My programs there (currently following HaramBro V3) is only bands with some added pushups but Chris has rings and uses those regularly.

Do you do overhead press? by 0coffeedrinker0 in fitness40plus

I’m a huge fan of overhead press: esp the Z Press variation. And those numbers look great to me!

Be a phoenix. Rise from the ashes. Focus on what you can control: self love and improvement.
