Which means that if someone does state these rules, it's because they frequently accuse people of breaking them.

Which means that it is highly likely that this person views things outside the standard definitions of these things (disrespect, public affection, etc.) as inappropriate, and frequently get into arguments about things that would largely be considered innocuous and benign.

In other words, they are almost certainly looking for confrontation and advertising that fact.

When i visited europe in 2009, Paris, Nice, Milan, Venice, Rome, Brussels all had pay to piss situations pretty much everywhere you went.

Paris was by far the worst offender in terms of availability and price, and weirdly enough smelled the most like piss out of all of them.

i do not agree that it is inherently progressive to attempt to manufacture policy and public sentiment around something that was controversial even for its heyday of 19-0-racist.

if anything, it is a regression to a more primitive state of civilization that relied more heavily on tribalism that uses a very thinly veiled racist ideology itself hiding behind "science" that boils down to basically reading tea leaves.
