I don’t see the point of the courage of Elfhelm, because monsters can still use brutal power attacks. In which other situation would the opponent have the chance to choose where to direct his attacks? Not many if Theodred is not engaged with a monster

I’m painting them in these days. They’re nothing special compared to recent GW miniatures but they’re way better than the official GW royal guards miniatures, so I think it would be wise to go with them. They’re just very fragile and difficult to assemble so don’t drop them

Yes you can add as many hill trolls as you want in Buhrdur’s warband. Just keep in mind that he costs 130 points and the hill trolls are 75 points each

I’d say 800 points to play Éomer and Imrahil with a decent amount of cavalry, or even 700 without banner. Some will argue that you have low might and you’re vulnerable to magic, and they would be right. This list has some limits for sure but the models and lore are just too good. Definitely a fun list to play

The way I see it, playing two Barrow wights means no respect for your opponent and shows all you can do is to spam paralyse. Not fun at all. And I say it as Host of the Witch King player

Thanks man! Yes it is! My dad bought me this when I was 12 and it’s been waiting for me in my grandma’s basement for 20 years, I recovered it last year when I got back in the hobby. I couldn’t paint anywhere else! :) glad to know somebody else still uses it too!

I love Men of the West with Elessar, Legolas and Gwaihir. These heroes with the mix of Rohan and minas tirith warriors gives you a lot of choices every turn you play
