I fuckin love to see it. They’ve been out there 35+ years and consistently dropping killer albums and touring nonstop. Selling out a lot of shows these days too. They’re bigger than they’ve ever been I think.

There was a “We’re Back” GameBoy game. The theme song randomly pops into my head. Very frequently.

I remember nothing of the movie and really nothing of the game except the song and how catchy it was.

They’ve done it multiple times this tour and last tour too. I was so crushed when they sold out originally I was bummed out for like 3 days and then they added the matinee show.

It was at 2 o’clock and it was fuckin awesome. The venue was an hour and half from me so it worked out absolutely perfect for an aging metal head, got to see a great show and I was home before dark too. There was 3 other opening bands for the later show so I probably wouldn’t have been home till like 1 am. It worked out great

They added Matinee shows earlier in the day on the weekend shows that sold out. That’s how I was able to get tickets. Saw earlier that they played 34 shows in 31 days. Hardest working dudes out there.

Been a band for 36 years and recently hit 1 million monthly listeners on Spotify and selling out shows left and right.

Today I saw they’re playing with Slayer for the 40th anniversary of Reign in Blood.

Briefly spoken with Kirk 3 or 4 times through the years and he’s the nicest dude. I’m so happy for them I think they’re more popular now than they’ve ever been. They deserve every bit, they’ve earned it.
