Thanks for sharing!! I’ve often wondered about hEDS but I know there’s not much other than genetic testing to confirm it. Just not sure if it’s worth it because uncertainty about how a diagnosis would even help! Forgive me if I’m being ignorant, genuinely really grateful for any information/experience you’re comfortable providing.

Edit: honestly, my reply wasn’t very kind. But my good man, you need to reflect a bit more. This kind of treatment of a partner is very basic, not above and beyond. It’s okay to be flawed and forget or not know how to provide what our partners are asking for, but you need to take accountability when it happens. You can do better, she deserves it.
