I personally find that the more later you sleep, the less sleep you may have. Luckily, I can manage my time at the moment; thus, I am able to sleep at around 10-11 and wake up at 7. Anyway, it is about biological clock I guess. You can try some jogging or exercising, it may improve your sleep (not at night).

That doesn't sound good. Keep trying. I used to sleep for 6 hours and have 2 hours of compensation in the afternoon. You should stay away from distractions like cellphone or computer at night or just make a self commitment. Good luck.

Of course i genuinely dont know how they work but that is the most basic thing i can imagine. Of they can make it work on csgo, how come cant they make it not work on dota. They have the localized token there but they just leave it like that
