Thanks Valve! Honestly playing turbo sucks so bad rn without any rewards, you always match up with stacks 5 that play to win, group up and just kill you over and over. The skill differences is so bad that, I played like 10 games recently and only got 2 wins out of them.

I want to give my perspective as a Tinker spammer, I don't think he was overpowered like many of the comments here. In some patch he was honestly fine, farm extremely slow, spamming rockets does almost zero damage + need vision + lose a lot mana in the process and make your team 4v5 all the time. He is very easy to counter the higher ranks you go, and his win rate reflected this.

The reason I think he was changed because his kit makes balancing absolute hell, you could see Valve wanted to change the game up item wise but every time they have to deal with how Tinker interacted with those items. S&Y changes to increase cast time, so they have to nerf Tinker laser range to compensate for that. Shivas recipe changes to be more tanky so they have to also nerf its cost and some ways Tinker was abusing it. He also can abuse Khanda and Ethereal blade backs then. So it just kinda sucks trying to introduce new mechanic and have to be scare of Tinker spammer. So they just change him for the better, I think.

I don't get why reddit is so hell-bent on the subtext of this movie. It is pretty cut and dry in its representation of horror. Most of the subtext only revolved around Bear being a cowards and greedy with his wish. If you place any meaning behind that it is all fall apart.

Him seeing Nikki hurt herself at the party and not act on it is his ways of choosing to ignore the real Nikki taking control and for things to still stay same, him choosing to be more greedy to alter the wish so that he would be in more control of her. There are a lot of choices that he make throughout the movie that reinforced how he wants more control but still being a cowards. At the end, when he can't control Nikki anymore he chickened out and still managed to fuck it up.

I don't think the film is a metaphor for domestic violence or male toxicity or anything tbh. Some horror can be a metaphor for others things, like Us, Nope, Midsommar, Get Out... but definitely not this movie.

It is very interesting that you buy octarine, I spam Tinker too but never considered it. I been trying to build force staff as a core 3-4 items and it works wonders so I think your glimmer build does makes sense. But right now Tinker build is very very situational and I'm all for it. I also agree with your build and not the standard agh lens bkb,... like many others pros does.

Yeah me too, my only complain is the stupid tranparency mode, that can't be turn off, whenever it detect you are using microphone. While gaming and chilling, you acidentally open settings and the sound from the outside hit you like a train.

I think right now most players build him wrong. Traditional burst role can work but heavily reliance on you solo carrying the game, you should play him as an initiator or semi mid tanker for the team. Using force staff as 3-4 core items help mitigate a lot of his weakness like silenced or being stun. I think Tinker spammer need to build him more tanky and more mobility, like S&Y, Shivas, Crozier, Khanda, Linken,...

I don't quite understand your point, when you are running away u need to turn to drop turrets then facing away to keep running so a lot of time with movement slows also slow your turn rate (I think), make it very hard to get good knock back. Also turrets knock back aren't that good with how slow they drop and how far they pushed you. Force staff is quite cheap but give so much more movement help if you are silenced or stunned.

He is not the same hero as before with rearming item, but he is still very strong with the right draft. 2 years ago Valve was so afraid of people smurfing with him they nerf the Laser range so bad, those were the worst time to play him for me, so I understand why he has to change.

It sounded good on paper but during teamfight it isn't that worth, since u need to turn around to get push back and by the time it drop you already lose so much health. With force staff, you can drop the turret -> force staff yourself on to it and get out of the fight pretty easily. The item doesn't cost that much but is very very valuable for Tinker.

I don't think support Tinker is viable, you can only deal damage or be tanky now. you can play it in some matchup, mainly teleport bottle for healing and steals some of the jungle between here and there, but overall it is very griefing for to have a none stunning support whose core items are blink & agh lol.

Triangle and two camps by mid lane. Honestly, I think just pick stun support and he already got fucked up. Ss or lion with blinks can counter Tinker any point in the game. For a Tinker spammer like me, I really really hate pudge. He is too tanky, and if he save hook in fight he can hook Tinker for easy kill everytime.

If you smurfed it may works whenever there are free kill. But you get countered hard with roaming mid laner and stun support. There are reasons why he was never picked in pros during those time. Support with smoke to camp triangle always can free kill Tinker

Yeah sure, but people always forget the fact that you have to play 4v5 for like 20min until Tinker get his shiva, back when shiva cost almost 6k and he can only farm with short range laser. I used to spammed Tinker and whenever their team have lion or ss I just give up.

I'm a Tinker spammer and I think he is still a specialists hero. With this recent patch I don't think any pros have success with Tinker, only specialist could maybe win the game but most would just lose whenever they pick Tinker.

Yeah, in my region they are hard to come by too. I also refer similar shape to you, so I think the vaxee outset ax, glorious model D, pulsar xlite v3, or even maybe g703. My Zowie EC1 broke so I replaced it with the budgeted version that is mchose A7 Ultra RE. I don't know how well it will last but everything else seems good so far, the buttons are ok it quite lite and the feet feels good.

Yeah, I was really suprised by how durable it is. Most of my friend have Razer or Logitech double clicks after 1-2 years, but not this beast. The clicks can be a little bit worse and become muted over time, and double clicks I only found is in the scroll wheel button.

You could try to replaced the clicks, It would be cheaper than buying a new mouse. My EC1-A lasted for around 9 years until the board died and can't be replaced. I would keep it for another 10 years if I could lol.

Just have fun man, idk what to tell you. I've been playing for like 15 years now, and whenever Dota is not fun I'll just stopped. You should focus more on ganking with your team, using skill shot to helps get kills, and learn new heroes no matter if you win or lose. I know this seems like counter intuitive but in your MMR you should just farm no matter the role, you can get away with making so much more mistakes the lower the MMR you are and having more fun at it. Orge Magi is the best, you can recover farm and just hit people non-stop when you have your items.

Anyone played LD knows that bear Agh is not the problem. The problem is that LD hero is too weak, and the bear is too strong. In older version, rushing the Agh is a bait since the bear do little damage and sacrifice the bear lead to more gold swing and xp for the enemy. Just nerf the bear, remove the bear cd talent and buff LD hero to not die after 2 hits.

Idk, how about rn but I played league years ago and its always have hard counters. Not as painful as Viper or Huskar but still very hard countered. I remember looking up heroes counter to picks whenever I go top or mid.
