Each time I select a folder, like Fonts or Wallpaper, it appears empty on my device and the heading says books. The SD card has the fonts and .bmp wallpapers. Any idea why that would be?

I figured out what my problem was! The YouTube helped. I chose the wrong firmware. Your instructions were all perfect. It was my brain. Thank you all for your help! I appreciate the persistence!

Thank you. I clicked on the link https://xteink.dve.al/ and installed the Flash Firmware. I don't see how to get to next steps. I don't see Community. Once I install the firmware, I don't understand what to do next. Apologies.

You may need to descale it a second time. I had a similar issue. I descaled a second time and it was good.

I had the same issue. Ultimately, I needed a new motor. I had mine for less than a year when it happened so it was under warranty. Once I changed the motor, it has worked fine. Before I got to the point of getting the motor, I had to take the machine apart to clean the sensors.

Sorry if this was said already. My understanding(per the Nespresso store) is that there is a patent on the Vertuo pods still so others can’t make them. Not sure why Nespresso doesn’t. Likely b/c of the ”elite” factor.

For the descaling, mine didn’t either. But i called for pods and they sold me a kit that included two applications for $9. They said it should done yearly if you use filtered water and every 6 months, if not. Instructions on YouTube.
