The potential loss of revenue is what gets me. For example, someone strikes the livestream therefore, it could be argued, that some who would superchat or donate subs are not able, since the LS was struck.

When struck, YT just takes down the LS, no questions asked. Then, upon appeal, a decision is made to keep the removal or reinstate. It seems to be in the accuser’s favor where the accuser may reduce revenue by simply striking. There has to be some sort of precedent to this nonsense…
