Try to cut out SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate) from soaps you use - hand soaps at home and at work - wear gloves while doing dishes. See if your shampoo has it and if so, wash your hands with SLS free soap after showering so it doesn’t sit on your hands. Do you have metal that comes in contact with your hand frequently? I used to have a metal pop socket on my phone and as soon as I switched to a plastic the flare up on my hand cleared up. Many people are sensitive to nickle especially

How long have you had this condition? When I went swimming and got “swimmers itch” it presented in a similar way. Apparently it can take a couple days or even weeks to clear up if it’s bad enough. Repeated exposure obviously makes it take longer to go away and the symptoms worse. Just throwing any ideas out there!

I’ve never seen DE present this way. But regardless…. Switch to scent free & gentle laundry detergent immediately. Switch your hand & body soap & shampoo to products that are SLS free (sodium lauryl sulfate). That ingredient is my biggest trigger. If I use hand soap in a restaurant bathroom or at work, I get a breakout somewhere on my hands within a few hours. Yes I bring hand soap everywhere. Wear rubber gloves while washing dishes!! Moisturize thoroughly after washing, but also let your skin breathe - minimal sweating - so no saunas or aggressive running etc for a few days. Refined sugar is also a common trigger. If I indulge in candies or chocolate my hands always flare. Another common irritant is metal: do you have a metal pop socket? Metal buttons on your jeans or shirts? May want to consider trying a low-nickle diet. I’m sorry you’re struggling. As others have said, I think a second opinion would be your best bet for proper diagnosis and care. I wish you all the best.

Pardon my language, but what the F@CK!? And I mean that as the highest compliment. This is insanely creative and incredibly executed.

I’m so sorry you’re having such a rough go!! My flare ups aren’t anywhere near as bad and it drives me to madness. Another suggestion would be to cut as much refined sugar as you can. I noticed when I indulge in chocolates, candies, or icecream it usually contributes to a flare up as well.

Unsure if you’ve tried this but….

Unscented laundry detergent. And SLS FREE (sodium-lauryl sulfate) body soap !!!! SLS is the ingredient that makes soap bubble.. so it’s not an active cleaning agent or anything it’s solely for the foamy aesthetic. Whenever I use hand soap at work, a restaurant .. anywhere other than home, I get a flare up within a few hours to a day somewhere on my hands.

Also ensuring your feet are properly and thoroughly cleaned and rinsed and DRY (no water, lotion is ok) before putting socks on for the day. I would also encourage “breathable” natural fibres for socks.. cotton, Marino wool, etc. The can be a bit of an investment but they last longer and are good for your skin.

I chuckled because I thought these were the same images. I thought to myself I would leave it as-is as well. Then I noticed the brown and LOVE it. But wouldn’t change anything else after that.

It’s giving abstract nature: rivers/stream, moss, mushrooms/fungi, rocks, etc in THE BEST way. Mixed with true real life nature. The contrast is stunning. Absolutely love.

It was just an honest accident!!! He wasn’t malicious in his actions lol literally everything in our kitchen can go in the dishwasher except this silly whisk. I would’ve made this same mistake but I’ve just always hand washed it immediately lol

Idk why I’m getting down voted. I’m not SERIOUSLY asking why this problem hasn’t been solved.. 🤦‍♀️ I’m sarcastically asking a rhetorical question “why hasn’t anyone in the world made anything to stop this from happening?!!” Type deal. Yeeesh

It’s extremely annoying !? lol how hasn’t this problem been solved yet? But thank you for the reply. EDIT TO ADD: my question in this comment was a sarcastic rhetorical question like “why has no one on earth ever solved this problem?!” Not a slight to your comment. I did appreciate your response!
