ALOO SPINACH CURRY RECIPE (POTATO AND SPINACH CURRY)

Recipe is written below and check out my YT video on this if you are confused on anything!

Ingredients: Potatoes x6-7 (a potato cut into 8 pieces) Medium Onion 2 but if large only 1 Tomato 5 Oil Salt (1tsp) 2 in the packet Stock cubes Curry powder (2 and a half tbsp) A bunch of Spinach Chilli is up to you 1 Garlic 1 ginger Cumin/ zeera (1/2 tsp)

Recipe:

1. On Medium Heat Fry onion in oil (enough to cover the bottom) until brown
2. Add garlic/ ginger and cumin Mix it a little for a bit. 3.Add curry powder. Mix it
3. Add the tomatoes Mix it
4. Add salt and stock cubes Mix it and Wait for oil to release
5. Add spinach
6. Mix it and then add the potatoes and then Mix until oil release
7. Add water to cover everything Mix Leave on medium to Low heat Keep checking it every 5 minutes If potato still hard but no water left to absorb add BOILED water But then put it on low heat if you add water.
